• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all dt88 transactions are denominated.

2.1 Age Requirement. By registering, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above and that you are legally entitled to engage in online betting and casino gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

2.2 One Account Policy. Each player may register and maintain exactly one (1) dt88 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. dt88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances in cases of duplicate account detection.

2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the point of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and any other information requested. You must notify dt88 promptly of any changes to your registered details. dt88 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dt88 login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in use is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify dt88 support immediately.

2.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. dt88 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether using the dt88 platform is lawful in your location before registering.

3.1 Verification Requirement. dt88 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity and age verification process before withdrawal requests are processed and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached. This requirement exists to protect the integrity of the platform and to prevent financial crime and underage gambling.

3.2 Documents Required. For KYC verification, dt88 may request one or more of the following documents: a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission; a valid Bangladesh passport; a Bangladesh driving licence; or a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months confirming your registered address. Documents must be submitted as clear, unobstructed digital images or scans.

3.3 Verification Timeline. dt88 aims to complete KYC review within two business days of receiving a complete set of documents. During the review period, withdrawal requests may be held pending verification outcome. dt88 reserves the right to request additional documents if the initial submission is insufficient to establish identity or age.

3.4 Refusal of Verification. If a player fails to complete KYC verification to the satisfaction of dt88, or if submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or materially inaccurate, dt88 reserves the right to suspend the account, decline withdrawal requests, and — where fraud is detected — forfeit the account balance and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. dt88 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer via participating Bangladesh banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Supported methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is displayed on the dt88 payment page.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. dt88 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your dt88 account balance in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance. dt88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the same dt88 account, or to a verified Bangladesh bank account in the player's own name.

4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are legally obtained. dt88 does not accept third-party deposits. If dt88 determines that funds in your account originated from a third party, those funds will be frozen pending investigation and may be returned to the source.

4.6 Withdrawal of Bonus Winnings. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements outlined in Section 8 before they may be withdrawn. Requests to withdraw bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be declined, and the bonus funds will be voided.

5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the dt88 platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. Sport-specific rules (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and virtual sports) and casino game rules are published within the relevant section of the dt88 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is confirmed and binding only when dt88 issues a bet confirmation reference number to the player. dt88 reserves the right to decline, void, or cap any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where the displayed odds or prices contain a manifest error.

5.3 Manifest Errors. If dt88 offers odds or pays out winnings as a result of a manifest error (including typographical errors, technical malfunction, or incorrect odds published in error), dt88 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and correct the error. Where winnings have already been credited in error, dt88 is entitled to reclaim those funds from the player's account balance.

5.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or where insufficient play has occurred to determine a result in accordance with the applicable sport rules. Void bets are returned to the player's real money balance as a stake refund.

5.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles available on dt88 are operated by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game uses a certified random number generator (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers and are available within each game's information panel.

7.1 Suspension by dt88. dt88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if: the player has breached these Terms; the player's account is under investigation for fraud or prohibited conduct; or the account represents a risk to the integrity, security, or compliance position of the dt88 platform.

7.2 Voluntary Closure. A player may request the closure of their dt88 account at any time by contacting dt88 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the dt88 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. 7.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. dt88 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from dormant account balances after the dormancy period commences. Players will be notified by registered email prior to any deduction. Dormant accounts may be reactivated at any time by the account holder by contacting support.

8.1 General Bonus Terms. 8.2 Wagering Requirements. Wagers placed using bonus funds do not count towards wagering requirements unless explicitly stated.

8.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses have a validity period, stated in the relevant promotion terms, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically. It is the player's responsibility to use bonus funds within the stated validity period.

8.4 One Bonus Per Player. Players are entitled to claim each dt88 promotion once only, per unique player identity, household, device, IP address, and payment method. dt88 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds where there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer.

Players who have already claimed and are actively wagering through a promotion at the time of cancellation will be unaffected for the current wager cycle but will not be entitled to claim any further instances of the cancelled promotion.

11.4 Player Responsibility. You assume full responsibility for your decision to use the dt88 platform and to place wagers. Gambling involves risk and the possibility of financial loss. dt88 does not guarantee any outcome or level of return from betting or gaming activity.
